Returns and Exchanges

At Zoor Vapor, we spent countless hours in research and development.


We offer a 1 year limited warranty on any Zoor devices. If there is an issue with your device, please send us an email at with your batch number (located on the packaging box) and the issue you are having with your device. We want you, the customer, to be satisfied with your purchase. If we determine that there is a defect with the device, we will send a free replacement to you, free of charge. All devices must be shipped back to us before we are able to send you out a replacement.

Please contact our team at so we can help facilitate the exchange by providing you with a RMA #.

Our warranty currently does not cover: water damage and damages from dropping the device.

Unfortunately due to health safety and sanitary reason, we can not accept returns of Zoor Pods.
